understand the deck process and what you are purchasing.
Product: Quantity of product must be verified when
delivered. Call us with any claims before you install.
Installed wood cannot be returned. Please inspect for
grade, manufacture, and moisture content during the delivery. Returns
requests must be made the day of delivery. Returns must be made before product is
installed, cut drilled or altered.
A 20% return fee will be subtracted from returns of unused or non-defective merchandise.
Count and verify the amount before signing delivery receipt. If
you have discrepancies note them on the delivery receipt prior to
signing. You call always call before signing the delivery receipt.
Custom Product: all custom ordered product including
custom milled products are non-returnable. This includes clip
grooving, custom T&G, custom wraps, grooved slip tread, and other
custom milled lumber.
Avoiding Returns: Please call outlining the problem. We
provide support on installation questions that may quickly solve the
Discontinued Items: no returns on discontinued products.
Original Packaging: Open boxes are non-returnable.
All returns for accessories need to be unopened in the original
Wood, Nature's bounty. A growing tree is living and has its own characteristics, grain patterns and colors.
Your decking will mirror this beauty. Expect small
imperfections like milling artifacts or quilting. These can be
easily sanded out and not considered a defective product. Simple solutions are usually the best. If one board face is
not to your liking turn it over or reverse it. Use your orbital sander with
grit paper can remove planer other marks.
If you are renovating an old or damaged Ipe deck, a sander works
