Terms and Conditions
- Claims. All claims must be made within 3 days
from date of receipt. Any damage must be accompanied by photos
clearly showing such damage. If damage is due to shipping,
receiver must note damage on the proof of delivery and singed by
the carrier representative. Further, a copy of the noted and
signed proof of delivery must be sent Ipe Bahamas Decking.
- Liability. You agree that our entire
liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any
product or service provided or any breach of this
Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such
product or service's. Ipe Decking Bahamas shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting
from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the
cost of procurement of substitute services.
- Modification. Company reserves the right to revise the terms
and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision
will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the
revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our
site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and
conditions of this Agreement.
